Note - Information on Richard Hendee can be found on WIKI, Geni, Ancestry, My Heritage. Some of what is out there, unfortunately is off, with facts, so be careful. Nothing connects the Hendee Line and the Handy Line.
I, Paul E Hendee, am concerned about all of the dramatization of This Richard Fleeing France under Religious persacution. However, The remainder of these stories is worth noting. After all, the persecution of the Heugonauts came almost a centurey before he was born.
