The Hendee Family Tree

This is my work (Paul Edwin Hendee) as of today, June 8, 2023.  Yes, There may be errors.  So sorry I am not perfect.  But, know that your research may be truer.  You should create your own website.

I am confident in my findings that the Hendee Family arrived in Windham Connecticut in or around the year 1640.  Richard Hendee was the first to be so documented.  I do have information showing a Richard Hendee (May be the same Richard Hendee) as Ships Carpenter on the "Ye Old Schooner" as captained by Captain Varlow out of Barbados.  This schooner would travel up and down the colony cost in trade with settlers.  It is believed that Hendee got off the schooner in or near Connecticut to travel to Windham to meetup with a friend from England, John Elderkin.  There are many documented events surrounding these two men.
