This is the "List of Heads of Households Appearing On Map Entitled " Plan of Ancient Windsor 1640-1654 which is available for a small fee at the Windsor Historical Society. The map is fabulous, but too large for me to scan and copy for this. They do not have much information on the Dewey family, which is not particularly surprising since the family was just there until 1648 when Thomas died and Frances married George Phelps and moved the family to Westfield,MA in 1670. I asked what happened in particular during 1648 as that is when Frances' father, and sister Philury (George's wife) also died. They suggested that there was a great deal of dysentery and starvation during those years, as well as Indian attacks, so it is not known how they died. We do know however that Thomas was one of the first people to remove with the Dorchester group to Windsor in 1635. His name is listed on the memorial that I posted on Thomas' overview.
