Henry Phelps came in the Hercules April 10, 1634. Res. at Salem. Lawsuit, 1645. (Es. Files) He was charged in 1660 with entertaining Quakers. His son John was placed in care of an uncle Edmund Batter; and to have a portion which had been left him by his grandmother. (Es. Files)
